Our philosophy is to bring our clients awareness of their own bodies with healthy movements and a focus on dynamic posture.
PilatesMaristella Studio is located in Badhoevedorp, just outside of Amsterdam. The studio has a relaxed atmosphere, is spacious (110 m2) and well-equipped.
We offer an extensive schedule of Pilates classes with a personal approach such as: matwork, private lessons, reformer group lessons and circuit training.
Our instructors are certified by Stott Pilates®, a contemporary approach of the Pilates method.
